1 Month Away from the TCM

So here we are one month from the Twin Cities Marathon. I needed to have a strong weekend over Labor Day. I was planning to run 8 miles today, but Sheri told me she didn’t think I was training hard enough so about mile 7 I decided to go for 14. Pretty challenging toward the end, but I made it. As usual, here’s the file.

Church was really good today. It was the first day for our new pastor. He did a good job and I got a lot of positive feedback.
